NOTE: Due to the observation of Jost1 (d.A) on the same clip I posted yesterday, I did an adjustment of the show time.

Many thanks to Jost for his remark and several counsels during the 3 weeks production period, which was started on 2012 12 05.

It's very good. At some points, it looks like the metallic surface liquifies and starts to bubble! It's a great effect. And adjusting the min R setting makes it look like doors, domes or panels opening and closing, nice and clever.

Hal, I am very happy with your appreciation that motivates me. This clip was really 'hard work' for a MB-beginner as I am, but many dozens of hours spent with lots of fun.

Niet te geloven, dit resultaat. Wat een onnoemelijke hoeveelheid werk moet hier niet inzitten. Maar het is een indrukwekkend geheel geworden. Ik sta werkelijk perplex.

Ed...als "onnoelijk veel werk" zou ik het niet bestempelen, maar ... toch aanzienlijk, door vooral heel veel struikelen en opnieuw moeten beginnen. Hartelijk bedankt voor je bevindingen, die ik ten zeerste waardeer.

It's probably just this computer not being able to handle the large file. I downloaded it and plays fine. Good work, I'm in the process of putting together an animation myself but I think I'm going to need to ask for a more experienced persons help.
